These Terms govern your use of ligamentcharge.world and the purchase of products from Clerkenwell Nutrition Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14872309), 14 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5PA ("we", "us").
1. Acceptable Use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
2. Ordering & Sale Process
Orders are placed by submitting your name and telephone number via our order form. This constitutes an order request, not a binding contract. A contract of sale is formed only when one of our team members confirms your order by telephone and the goods are dispatched.
Our team will call you to confirm the order details, answer any questions and arrange a delivery window. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example if we cannot reach you or the delivery address falls outside our service area.
All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
Payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery. No payment details are collected on this website and no charge is made prior to delivery.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch - simply inform us during the confirmation call or contact us by phone or email. After dispatch you may refuse delivery at the door; the parcel will be returned to us and no charge will be made.
4. Product Disclaimer
Neryn Cellular Essentials is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information provided on this website does not constitute medical advice. Do not use this product as a substitute for medical treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, graphics and product descriptions - is the property of Clerkenwell Nutrition Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Please see our Refund Policy for the full procedure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@ligamentcharge.world. We will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably. You may also refer a dispute to the UK small claims court or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
