Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases of Neryn Cellular Essentials from Clerkenwell Nutrition Ltd.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your order, without giving any reason.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Because Neryn Cellular Essentials is a food supplement, we can only accept returns where the product packaging is intact and the inner seal has not been broken or tampered with. This exception applies under Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which permits sellers to refuse returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a full replacement or refund regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing info@ligamentcharge.world or calling +44 20 3948 7261 (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30).
  2. State your name, phone number and the reason for your return request.
  3. We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.
  4. Send the product in its original, undamaged packaging.

4. Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Since payment was made in cash or card to the courier, refunds will be issued by bank transfer or postal order to the buyer. We will contact you to arrange the refund method.

6. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us during the order confirmation call, or subsequently by phone or email. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the delivery at the door - the parcel will be returned to us and no charge will apply.
